The rules for using MultPoster and connecting third-party social platforms.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of MultPoster, operated by multposter.ocenexvr.com. By creating an account, connecting a social account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with the minimum-age and account requirements of every third-party platform you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, protecting your credentials and all activity performed through your MultPoster account.
3. Authorized social accounts
You may connect only accounts, pages, channels, servers or other destinations that you own or are authorized to manage. You must use the service in accordance with the terms, developer policies, rate limits, content rules and technical restrictions of each connected platform.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, format, transmit and deliver that content only as necessary to operate the service and perform actions you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to publish the content and any included media.
5. Publishing and scheduling
MultPoster attempts to publish content according to your selections and schedule, but third-party APIs, account permissions, platform outages, rate limits, token expiry, moderation systems, network conditions or hosting/cron behavior can delay or prevent publication. You remain responsible for verifying important posts and complying with platform-specific requirements.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use MultPoster to violate law or third-party rights; send spam or deceptive bulk content; distribute malware; impersonate others; bypass platform controls or rate limits; scrape or access accounts without authorization; publish unlawful, fraudulent or abusive material; interfere with service security; or use the service in a way that could cause the operator or another user to lose access to a third-party platform. 7. Third-party services
MultPoster depends on independent social platforms and APIs. Those services may change, restrict, charge for, suspend or discontinue API functionality at any time. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee that every integration or feature will remain continuously available.
8. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, third parties, connected platforms or legal compliance. You may stop using the service and disconnect your social accounts at any time. Data deletion options are described on the Data Deletion page.
9. Service changes
We may add, remove or change features, platform integrations and technical requirements. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that publishing will be uninterrupted, error-free or accepted by a third-party platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party platform decisions, unavailable APIs, rejected content, expired authorization, account restrictions or missed publication schedules, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without limiting any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you.
