Data Deletion Instructions
Remove the MultPoster data and social connection credentials associated with your account.
What the self-service deletion removes
The deletion action removes MultPoster-specific records associated with your signed-in WordPress user, including:
- Connected social-account records and stored encrypted access credentials/tokens.
- MultPoster drafts, scheduled content and stored media URLs.
- MultPoster publication history, remote post identifiers and platform response logs stored by the plugin.
Deleting MultPoster data does not automatically delete content that has already been published on a third-party social network. Manage already-published content directly on that platform. It also does not automatically delete your underlying WordPress user account.
Delete online
If you cannot access your account
Email moosaminhajvu@gmail.com with the subject MultPoster Data Deletion Request. Use the email address associated with your MultPoster account where possible so the operator can verify the request before deleting data.
Platform-side access
You can also revoke MultPoster access from the connected social platform's own account/app settings. Revoking access there can prevent future API activity, while using the deletion action above removes the corresponding records stored by MultPoster.
